Drop volume varies with the pipette bore and the viscosity of the liquid, so treat every figure in the middle column as an order of magnitude rather than a measurement.

Two rows deserve their own sentence. Bitter melon was tested at 500, 1,000 and 2,000 milligrams a day against metformin, and only the 2,000 mg arm moved fructosamine at all, by less than the drug.
